A day in the
sky for
Young People with special needs. |

We are a group of volunteers who
take kids with disabilities, special needs, and critical illnesses
flying in private aircraft. Our goal is to show the kids that the sky
is literally the limit to reaching out and overriding their perceived
limitations.
Simultaneously, we host a large "assistive technology and accessible
activities festival" at the airport. We network dozens of
nonprofits with hundreds of parents of special needs parents to build
community support for the event.
Saturday August 9, 2008 will be a
very special day at
the San Jose Reid Hillview Airport,
