Fabulous Recipe for "DIRT DESERT"

I’m estimating the amount of everything to buy based on about 600 desserts being provided, and variation in what people will use.  Most kids want either chocolate or vanilla, not both, etc.

  • Crumbled Oreo Cookies 'dirt' – approx 10 boxes (crushed)
  • Crumbled Graham Cracker 'sand' – approx 7 boxes (crushed)
  • Gummy Worms, Gummy Rattlesnakes, Gummy Bugs, anything Gummy  (5 large bags)
  • Shredded Coconut 'grass' (died green!)  - about 4 bags
  • Raisenettes as 'pebbles' – about 5 boxes
  • Lucky Charms 'shamrocks' (not sure about this one!)
  • Chocolate pudding 'mud' – about 12 big tubs
  • Vanilla pudding 'mud' – about 10 big tubs
  • Whipped Cream for Snow
  • Pretzel sticks for twigs
  • Let your imagination run wild for other ingredients.
